No statements from Russia,either. However there is a HAARP research installation in that general area.Plus the LHC bein' fired-up... Nah. I've watched rockets and missiles malfunction and blow-up from on back in the early days of NASA till present-All malfunctions are incredibly messy...this phenome is just way-yy too symmetrical-especially the close-ups. Too precise. Somebody's got one cool breakthru goin' on...and they're not talking ...yet. No smoke,no fire & no rocket.
